What we are looking for a Membership Sales Consultant
We are looking for a hungry and energetic Membership Sales Professional; driven to contribute to the success of the business. You will be naturally proactive with experience in health and fitness sales and capable of pushing and driving to meet and exceed targets and KPIs. You will have an outgoing personality and be extremely confident in face-to-face meetings and on the telephone.

Natural sales ability and prides themselves on selling with integrity.
Experienced sales executive in the fitness industry.
Energetic, proactive with a positive outlook and a 'can-do' attitude.
Approachable and able to make prospective and existing members feel at ease.

Organised - keep on top of your leads and follow up.
A team player who thrives on working with and supporting the rest of his/her colleagues in the sales team in order to smash pre-sale targets.
The Anytime Fitness Culture
Candidates will have the ability to drive the Anytime Fitness culture within the club and to exceed the members expectations, ensuring members are engaged, and feel that they belong to a club, leading to high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Candidates at all times will get behind and support the Club General Manager and the wider team to achieve goals set for the club’s continued success, and at times acting in a supervisory role. Key support activities will entail:
Social Media Campaigns, customer targeting and retention activity
Customer service and retention of existing members
Control and management of the CRM system and other systems
Operation and maintenance of the club
Adherence to health & safety requirements and Anytime Fitness Compliance
Ensuring existing members are having a great experience
