Enter the Orpington Photography Competition for the chance to win £100 cash and have your work included in the 2018 Orpington 1st calendar. Closes Friday 25th August!

Have you taken a photo in Orpington that you're particularly pleased with? Perhaps you captured a magic moment at Light Up Orpington or The Big O Festival, or managed to snap the perfect sunset over your local park?

For the third year, Orpington 1st are running the Orpington Photography Competition in association with the Orpington Photographic Society. Entries will be independently judged by a panel who are looking for photos that capture the best of Orpington, its people and its places!

Selected entries will go on public display in a special show running alongside the society’s annual exhibition at Orpington Village Halls on September 2nd 2017, with the winning photo taking pride of place in the Orpington 1st 2018 Calendar.

Hundreds of photos are taken every day and yet few are ever seen, so go on - whether it’s a shot of friends having fun, a rainy day in the garden, or just a walk in the park, we would love to see them, and you could be a winner!

The closing date for the competition is Friday 25th August 2017 and the winner will be announced at the Orpington Photographic Exhibition on September 2nd.
