On Saturday 4th July at 10:00am, Anytime Fitness Orpington Manager, Adam Browning, will take on the challenge of rowing 21 miles (33.8km) in aid of King's College Hospital Charity.
Kings College Hospital charity provides specialist and local health services to over 1 million people in South-East London & Kent, as well as critical care, across 28 facilities including Orpington Hospital and Princess Royal University Hospital (PRUH).
With Anytime Fitness Orpington's strong links to the trust, Adam is highly motivated to complete the titanic challenge of 'Rowing The Channel Crossing' - some 21 miles - on a rowing machine.
Adam explained "With many of our members working for the NHS in the King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, this charity was top of our list to work with. We're really looking forward to supporting them both through the current situation and as we move forward through the Covid-19 crisis."
