GET IN THE FESTIVE SPIRIT WITH THE MAYPOLE PROJECT’S CHRISTMAS MARKET
The Maypole Project, a local charity supporting children with complex medical needs, is holding a special Christmas Market in the run-up to the festive period on Sunday 25 November, 11am-3pm at the Petts Wood Memorial Hall.
A wide range of stalls will be available, including locally made products, clothes, jewellery, children’s games and much more. Get in the festive spirit with mince pies and mulled wine, while trying your luck on the raffle. Entry costs £2 per adult, including entry into our prize draw, while children are free.
Sally Flatteau Taylor, Chief Executive commented: “What better way to get into the Christmas spirit than to enjoy a fun day out with the family while supporting a local charity! 2018 has been an amazing year for the Maypole Project – we’ve celebrated our 15th birthday, launched our new Sensory Cabin and extended our support to support more children with life threatening illnesses and their families. With your help, we can build on this year’s success and make 2019 our best year yet.”
“We are also looking for volunteers to help out this festive season, whether it be manning the stalls at our Christmas market or collecting donations at various locations in the area. If you can gift us a few hours of your time this Christmas to help us raise funds, please contact us on 01689 851596 or email firstname.lastname@example.org”
