A new pop up Gift Shop was officially opened by the Mayor of Bromley, Cllr. Kathy Bance MBE, on Saturday, 24th March.

The latest addition to Orpington town centre, 'Gifted', will be at 48 The Walnuts for one year as part of Pop Up Orpington.

Selling a range of gift items, including art, clothing, jewellery, furniture, homeware and toys, Gifted will have an emphasis on supporting and promoting local micro businesses and entrepreneurs.

The Gifted team, Carina Dixon and Tracey Madeley, have a wealth of experience in both product development and retail. They have also run a successful PopUp in Penge and are now looking forward to taking on a new venture in the London-Kent Gateway.

Carina Dixon, said, "We are delighted to open in Orpington, in partnership with Orpington 1st, and we're excited to bring our eclectic product range to Orpingtonians. We'll be selling beautiful new and handmade items as well as gift wrap and cards, so it's the ideal stop if you're looking for a present, or you just fancy treating yourself."

Tracey Madeley, added, “we’re looking for new collaborators so If you’re a local artist, or maker, or have just started a small business and would like to test trade in a professional retail outlet, then get in touch."

You can visit Gifted at 48 The Walnuts, just off the high street.

Potential collaborators should send a brief email detailing their product, with a couple of photos or a link to website/social media, to: giftedpopups@gmail.com

Hi
I have recently started a small ladies fashion business, Liberty’s
I sell mainly Italian silk tops, dresses, jumpers, trousers and some accessories
Do you have areas in your shop that you rent out to small businesses?
I would be interested in more information. This is a link to my Facebook page
Hope to hear back from you
