Electrical sector employers in Bromley borough are being invited to an open day to find out how to take on apprentices.
The JTL Training Centre in Orpington is opening its doors during National Apprenticeship Week, to prove just how simple it can be to take on an apprentice.
JTL works with over 3,000 businesses in the Building Services Engineering sector across England and Wales. They provide a team of people to support apprentices, including a personal training officer who works alongside the apprentice and his or her employer to ensure that things run smoothly.
The Open Day will take place from 3pm to 7pm on Tuesday March 6 at the JTL Orpington Training Centre at 120-122 High Street.
All employers in the electrical sector are welcome to drop by.
“National Apprenticeship Week is the ideal time to welcome employers into our centres to see them for themselves and to find out more about how they might want to attract new blood into their businesses,” said JTL’s commercial director Liam Sammon. “Recruiting an apprentice is almost certainly simpler than you might think and with JTL staff on hand to advise and help with the paperwork, it couldn’t be much simpler.”
