From 16:00pm to 13:00pm
Berkeley Homes have recently acquired the Former Police Station in Orpington with a view to redeveloping the site for a high quality, residential led mixed use scheme.
We are keen to actively engage with local residents and key stakeholders and to seek feedback on our initial proposals. As such, we are holding a public consultation to present these proposals which we strongly believe will deliver a high quality development that will enhance this part of Orpington.
The consultation will be held at the Crofton Halls, York Rise, Orpington, Kent, BR6 8PR on the following dates and times:
Friday 4th July 2014 between 4pm and 8pm
Saturday 5th July 2014 between 10am and 1pm
Members of Berkeley Homes and the project team will be in attendance at the consultation to answer any questions you may have.
We do hope that you will be able to come to the consultation event, however if you are unable to attend please visit our consultation website at www.formerorpingtonpolicestation.co.uk which will contain the consultation material. The website will be live from midday on Friday 4th July 2014 and will enable you to submit your comments to us via an online feedback form. The deadline for receipt of comments is Wednesday 16th July 2014.
We would encourage all businesses and residents to participate in this consultation.
