A fun, gentle way to exercise and make new friends.
Come and dance with us and make new friends. The gntle exercise improves muscle tone in the legs and hips and is excellent for older bodies. We meet once a fortnight and at each session you’ll learn some new moves and dance a selection of dances from 17th century onwards. Plans for the future include visits to local folk dance clubs and guest callers. You don’t need a partner and the first class is free, so come and try us out. We look forward to seeing you.
