Planning for the future – how the Law can protect you and those you love.
Our second talk of the 2018 season will be on Wills, Powers of Attorney and how to reduce Inheritance Tax
• Powers of Attorney – what are the benefits and why they may be more important to you than a Will.
• Inheritance Tax — ways to minimise Inheritance Tax and can you really leave £1,000,000 tax free under the new Government rules ?
• Your Will – does it effectively provide for your dependents and loved ones ? How often should you review it?
You will be able to ask questions about your specific concern without any obligation.
You will receive a free information pack on the subjects we discuss and you can listen again to parts of the talk through videos on this website.
The talks start at 11am and lasts approximately one hour including questions.
There is no need to book but these talks are very popular and we suggest that you call our office to reserve your seat.
Our next talk on these subjects will be on Tuesday 22nd May at 11am in Orpington Library.
