From 11:00am to 11:30am
Our final talk of the Autumn series will be on Tuesday 17th November at 11am when we will be discussing, and taking questions, on Wills, Powers of Attorney and Inheritance Tax and Care Home fees.
There is no need to book a place, please just come along on the day. All the advice is free and you are not obliged to use our services in anyway.
The talk will cover a wide range of issues including -
Why it is necessary to have a Will and keep it up to date.
What are the benefits to you and your loved ones of a lasting power of attorney?
Inheritance tax and protecting your assets.
Long term care planning.
After the talk, we will remain at the Library to advise you on any further related questions. Thomas Dunton Solicitors are now into their 4th year of providing free talks on useful legal topics at Orpington Library.
There are many everyday issues that people would like advice on but are sometimes reluctant to visit a solicitor and we hope that these talks can provide some guidance.
